RENTING CENTENNIAL THEATRE

4. With easy access from Hwy 1 in North Vancouver, Centennial Theatre has 350 free parking spaces so that your guests do not pay for parking. Centennial Theatre is also easily accessed by public transit. See map

5. Centennial Theatre is centrally located in North Vancouver so guests can take advantage of some of the diverse restaurants on Lonsdale Ave. before or after the event.

Facilities available for booking include:

• Centennial Theatre Auditorium (705 seats)
• Studio
• Lobby
• Parking Lot

A standard evening (2:30pm-11:30pm) or daytime (8am-5pm) performance rental rate includes:

Technical Supervisor in the building with the client at all times to assist clients in achieving a successful event by making the best use of the technical resources available.

1 Second Technician assists Technical Supervisor with audio and crew for 6 hours.

Front of House Supervisor assist clients in the lobby area with catering, lobby sales, and general information to clients and their guests.

Door Person to accept tickets from guests entering the theatre, counting of tickets, and returning ticket stubs to the client after the performance.

2 Ushers to direct and assist guests to their seats, distribute programs, and ensure the safety of patrons during performances.

Concession Attendant to sell refreshments and snacks. The Centennial Theatre receives the concession proceeds.

Box Office Clerk for 2 hours before your performance to facilitate ticket selling and the pick up of tickets.

1 Ticket pricing set-up according to the client's direction. Tickets are available upon signing the contract and making deposit.

Additional Charges:

10% commission charge (minimum of $1 per ticket to a maximum of $2.50 per ticket) on all tickets sold at the Centennial Theatre's box office. This includes ticket printing, set up costs and credit card charges.

Ticket printing charge of $0.20 per ticket for tickets taken out of Centennial Theatre's Box Office. An adminstration fee of $50 will be charged if more than 350 tickets are taken from the system.

Every ticket sold is subject to a $1 capital surcharge

Merchandise sold in the lobby is subject to a 10% lobby sales commission (20% if Centennial staff sell merchandise).
