Centennial Theatre Box Office regular hours are:
Monday through Saturday from
12noon until 5pm
and one hour prior to show time.
Cash, Visa or MasterCard are accepted.
Please note we do not accept debit transactions.
Centennial Theatre's box office is unable to provide refunds on tickets.
Depending on availability, tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show. Reserved seats may also be exchanged. There is a nominal charge for these services.
Theatre Policies
Latecomers
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Front of House staff during appropriate breaks in the program.
Tickets Requirements - Children and Babes in Arms
Due to fire regulations and for safety reasons, every person entering the theatre must have a ticket.
The Centennial Theatre welcomes children old enough to enjoy performances. Out of consideration for other patrons and the performers, babes in arms are not permitted in the theatre for adult performances.
Photography and Video Recording
Photography and videotaping is not allowed. Flash photography disturbs other patrons and can be dangerous to performers. Visual and audio components of performances are protected by copyright.
Cell phones and General Distractions
Cellular phones, alarm watches and all electronic devices must be turned off. If a patron has an emergency and must be contacted during a performance, please contact our Front of House Manager and we will be able to assist you.
Audience commentary should be saved for outside the theatre. It is distracting for other patrons and detracts from the magical experience of watching a live performance.
Hearing Enhancement
The theatre is equipped with the Sennheiser system for the hearing impaired. These units can be obtained at the Concession.
Wheelchair Access
Centennial Theatre is wheelchair accessible. Please inform the Box Office of any special needs when purchasing your tickets. The theatre is also equipped with an elevator which has access to every floor.
Parking - Complimentary parking is available on the North side of the building.
Concession Services
A cash-only concession is open during performances. Non-alcoholic beverages and snacks may be taken into the theatre, but due to license restrictions, alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the lobby only.
Coat Check
There is no paid and manned coat check at the theatre. A coat rack is available in the main lobby.
