recorded album was released in North
America we bring you an opportunity to
celebrate the music that still resonates
powerfully today.
This is a live re-creation of one of the
greatest pop/rock albums ever made.
Released in North America on October 1st,
1969, Abbey Road was the very last album
that The Beatles recorded together. A huge
critical and commercial success,
Abbey Road remains one of The Beatles'
most popular albums to this day.
Classic Albums Live brings together
some of the country's finest musicians
to re-create live on stage the exact
sounds of the greatest albums of the
60s and 70s. Note for note. Cut for cut.
They will bring in a sitar player, a children's
choir or a string quartet to get it right.Past
performances have included members of
Nelly Furtado, Moist, Jesse Cooke,
Honeymoon Suite, David Usher
and The Headstones.
